A Breach of Trust is not only an outrageous wrong — it is on the fast  track of becoming the norm of experience for the elderly and disabled,  and the family and friends that fight to protect them, their estates and their benefits.  One question, though there are many — Just who does  the assigned caseworker at the hospital actually represent and work  for?  The patient… the hospital… or the insurance company?  If all  of the aforementioned — whose desired outcome trumps all others when  there is a conflict of interest?
